Friday evenings start out with much joy and excitement, and this continues during the next twenty four hours of no work and hopefully much play. Sunday morning is usually very calm and comforting. But then as the “day turns into night”–Thanks Jim.
The reality sets in that monday is getting closer and closer. If and when you feel any stress about the upcoming week, pause and take some breaths and reflect upon the wonderful memories,interactions and calmness that you felt deep within during the weekend.
However if your weekend sucked, well at least it’s over and forgotten….
