Yesterday I wrote about taking the time to relax and sit on your own with your eyes closed, let thoughts come and go without allowing the ego to become attached. I took my own advice, even though I didn’t want to. My heart was racing a bit and I was very fidgety . However, with sweat starting to pass over my face, I stayed the course ! After a couple of minutes, my heart slowed a little and my breath was fuller. It’s truly amazing what five minutes of being with yourself can do.
Make a commitment to be with yourself a couple of minutes a day- after all you are a cool person o hang out with.
