Have you ever taken the time to realize how many simple and amazing things are in our surroundings. From the moment we wake up we are blessed to have woken up to begin with, then there might be kids, pets, lovers, friends and so on. Then as we leave our houses, we have trees, sunshine, birds donuts etc…… But these positives observations are a choice we make to see the joy in things. Feed your mind the good stuff by spending time in silence and stillness and other uplifting activities that nourish your spirit.
