Back to Basics: learning how to turn your lights on and off

Happy monday to all.

          Just wanted to share a little info regarding movement and injuries: specifically the lower back. It’s documented that when we get hurt our body can develop a short in the motor control department. This can be likened to a light in the house that flickers. As nice as it would be to just change the bulb and fix everything; remember the bulb is receiving it’s current from the master electrical panel– think of the brain. So we can put as many bulbs as we like, but that won’t fix anything. Look to the source and correct the system, so we have a current. Then we can start to turn the lights on and off in a consistent and  healthy way.
