RESPECT THE BACK —- IT’S THE ONLY ONE YOU HAVE

WHY IS IT THAT 80% OF PEOPLE WILL HAVE BACK PAIN IN THERE LIVES ? IS IT THE WAY WE MOVE LIKE THE GREAT STUART MAGILL  HAS PROVEN. IS IT WHAT WE EAT, THE PEOPLE WE HANG OUT WITH, THE CLOTHES WE WHERE, THE MONTH OF THE YEAR WE ARE BORN…..

  1. Hey Tommy ! I understand and feel the backpain intimately. After 40+ years of hockey my back finally gave out and I needed (trust me I did) back surgery. And after 6 years post surgery, i’ve finally found the meditation that has both solved my back pain, but has relieved my plantar fasciitus, hip pain, should stiffness and neck pain – Its called Dynamic Meditation !
