Many times I have a great practice on my mat in a room with very nice and considerate yogi’s. The energy is comforting and inspiring. Under these circumstances it’s very easy for me to be in a Yogi State of Mind. However , sometimes when I leave this controlled environment it’s another story. I’m faced with strangers, traffic and all the other exterior challenges in my life. I have tried these fun tools that I would like to share with you. I pretend I’m on my mat wherever I go and I view the people I come into contact with as different Poses. Then I breath and try not to control the Poses or person and experience them with an open heart !!! What tools do you use ?????
