From the moment we wake up to the time we go to sleep the body is constantly at work to achieve homeostasis ” harmony . Mentally our goal should be to select and create those thoughts that create balance as well. I like to label my thoughts as foods. Some are spicy, sour, hot, cold, energizing, draining, tasty……….etc.
So imagine going shopping at a grocery store choosing your thoughts that you need for that hour, day, week, or month. We control our diet for our body, why not choose the diet of the mind !!!!
