Sit alone quite for 5 minutes, Take a moment to be grateful for something in your life. Notice the breath moving in and out of your body. Let this have a calming effect on your mind.
Then think of a person that you think is truly amazing, inspiring, compassionate, content and makes you want to be a better individual. See, hear and feel their energy, and then pretend you are them for the whole day and try to think, speak and act like this beautiful person. Good luck !!!!!!
