Finally Friday

Lets use Savasana as an example of giving up something in your life . So lie down and feel your body being supported by the earth. Notice how the stability of the ground enables the body to let go. Stay with this physical sensation of getting light, weightlessness for 5 minutes.

Know takes this bodily lightness and move into the mental aspect of yourself, and feel that same stability in your mind that you feel on the  earth and give up, let go, surrender something that is heavy and drains you of of your mental energy. Namsaste
