Hi there, missed everybody in class this week, terrible chest cold, flu- really sacked me. will be on monday or tuesday.
By the way this weekend lets all practice being grateful and positive for the most subtle things in our life that we don’t always pay attention to.
Maybe each time you take a step, or breath in, talking with a friend or seeing something nice or just being you. Whatever it may be, just make it real simple and positive.
Then when you get home tonight you can sit and reflect or even start a ten or five minute daily journal along with some of our simple meditations.
