What to do Wednesday

As you sit or lay for your morning mediation lets start to keep track of how many days in the row you can continue your practice. Create a journal and write about each days meditation. This morning lets make it real simple- Think of someone, something or some place that makes you feel completely at ease and grounded. See yourself, notice how the breath is getting deeper, the body lighter and your spirit brighter. Stay with this for five minutes, continuing to let your choice feed you in a positive way.  Notice the sound of your  breath, start to feel your body on the earth and then slowly open your eyes and look in the mirror and say to yourself five times it’s going to be a great day today.
