Monday Dr Martin Luther King Day

Today’s Meditation : Sit or lay down in a comfortable seated position, begin by being with yourself, mind,body and breath. Notice how it feels without judging or fixing, but just being. As you breath in and out, notice how this is a give and take relationship , very much like our lives. Reflect on friendships where you might be taking more or maybe someone is taking too much from you. Take a couple of moments and see how you  can bring balance to these interactions. Create an image of how you would like to see yourself with others and others with you.

Also remember that when we think we are better or worse than someone else, this is a form of prejudice .

We are all created equal as Martin Luther King had preached for so many years.  namaste
