Sit for a couple of minutes. Pay attention to your breath. Create a mental picture of  what would you like to accomplish today. Be very clear with your image. Then think of  a person and help them  accomplish what they want whether it be friend , foe or family. Remember, we are all connected. When you help someone you help yourself.

  1. I spent the whole day helping a friend who’s car got towed and is going through a lot. I’m exhausted but it felt good to help and made me feel grateful for everything I have in my life.

    1. That’s fantastic. I know many times when I get caught up in my own stuff, I feel constricted and loss of energy. Then when I help someone I feel good and the energy I get back is amazing. Missed you this morning. TT
