Thursday’s Mindful Meditation for Members of Society

Choose one person or a relationship that challenges your patience and well being. Then practice treating them with love, compassion and consideration. It doesn’t have to be anything that seems unrealistic, rather something that shows them that you care. Maybe a phone call, getting a cup of tea or just looking them in the eye and saying good morning or asking sincerely” how are you” today.

A great way to prepare yourself for this is to take a moment close your eyes and visualize the interaction and see their response as you show them that you care
